This database is intended to expedite the processing of work permits both to self-employed as to salaried employees currently working in Catalonia.

Your data will be transferred to the security and police forces, the courts, the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ombudsman, the General Treasury of Social Security and other organs of the Spanish Administration

Concerning personal information provided, you have the right to access your data, to rectify, to cancel and object to their treatment under the conditions provided by law. To exercise these rights, you must send a letter to the Directorate General of Labour Relations, Self-Employment, Occupational Safety and Health by mail (c. Sepúlveda, no. 148-150, 08011 Barcelona) or email (addressed to dgrelacionslaborals.tsf @ gencat.cat and electronically signed with electronic DNI, electronic NIE or any other digital certificate recognized).

With your signature, you are authorizing the Directorate General of Labour Relations, Self-Employment, Occupational Safety and Health to process your personal data for the indicated purposes.
